Overall clean hotel, top-class staff, romantic rooms. I got free upgrade and liked it. Best possible location, 10 minutes' walk to Hakone Shisseikaen. Daily service was ATTENTIVE too. All in all a serene venue and luxurious stay.

all in all, it was reasonable base for travelling to hakone. a tatami room has everything you need. conveniently located for us.
